We understand the importance in choosing an agency that fits your needs. We provide respectful and dependable home care services to the elderly, chronically ill and physically disabled throughout Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
MAS Home Care provides a free in-home essment for all of our clients to better understand their needs, and customizes all care plans. We get to know our clients and their families through a personal evaluation of strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes, and long- and short-term needs. From the initial consultation, we an individualized plan of care and match a qualified and a compatible caregiver. Once implemented, we carry out routine in-home essments and openly communicate with family members and/or physicians to ensure successful outcomes. Services include but are not limited to personal care, light housekeeping, companionship, Alzheimer''s and dementia care, medication reminders, and more.
All of our caregivers are carefully screened and go through an extensive interview and orientation process. We provide ongoing training to our caregivers.
MAS Home Care of Maine also provides Children''s Services, and is a trauma-informed and co-occurring agency. We offer programs under Section 65 HCT (Home and Community Treatment Therapy), Section 13 TCM (Targeted Case Management), and Section 28 RCS (Rehabilitative and Community Support Services). We also offer Child and Family Outpatient Counseling. A professional team will provide these services with the highest level of dignity and respect, supporting children and their families so they may flourish in their desired hopes and dreams for the future.
To better serve the state of Maine, we have just opened up two more branches in Lewiston and Machias. Our growth is allowing us to reach more Maine residents in need.
